Liked: Quick check-in and check out, nice staff.
Disliked: The included breakfast was not a hot breakfast. It was muffins, yogurt, granola bars, oatmeal, toast and bagels with juices and coffee.The building style is outdated especially the bathroom in the room? And the thermostat

Disliked: On November 2-3, I stayed at a hotel in Ottawa booked through Booking.com, and it was the most difficult experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I arrived around 5:30 pm, and when I checked into my room, I found it was not properly cleaned. The bed was unmade, and the sheets and pillowcases hadn’t been changed. Everything was disorganized, and the bathroom was also dirty.I went to the front desk to request a room change or for housekeeping to clean the room, but the front desk staff member responded rudely, saying, ‘I don’t have any housekeepers now; do whatever you want,’ along with other unhelpful remarks and an unprofessional attitude. Despite her offensive tone, I tried to resolve the issue and asked if I could cancel my booking and receive a refund. She told me this wasn’t possible, and there was no manager available to assist me.Eventually, I requested fresh sheets, pillowcases, and towels, and I had to prepare the room myself. I spent the night feeling disappointed and humiliated by the lack of professionalism and hospitality. Since arriving in Canada, I haven’t encountered service like this, and I hope this review helps the hotel improve its standards.

Liked: The view out my window
Disliked: The night table was broken and the table legs were very very loose. I used the vending machine that was located on the 2nd floor, got my candy but not my chips, they were stuck. I didn't ask or tell the staff, I felt like they wouldn't have cared. Checking in, they lady had no smile whatsoever. For the price of the room!!! Things should have been alot better.
