Disliked: Several arguements ,fights yelling ,door banging , very little sleep if any. Called front desk many times. No answer

Disliked: There was a bug in the couch bed. Our keys didn't work. When we talked to the staff they weren't very nice about it. Luckily someone was in the room so they would let us in. The staff had to use the master key and told us to come bk later. We came bk around 1am and one key worked. We weren't very happy. The staff were not friendly either.

Adequate, but not spectacular

Liked: The room was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The common areas (hallways and elevator) were not up to par in cleanliness. The steel was not shining, and the carpets were very old. We stayed here about 5 years ago, and the general appearance was far superior. Also, there was very little enthusiasm from the girl that checked us in. I am glad that I did the online check-in as it seemed like we were an inconvenience to her. Also, it was difficult to get heat in the room. The thermostat was set to cool and could not be moved to heat.
