This hotel is beyond even remodeling; it should be demolished and totally rebuilt. The carpeting in the room was so dirty that we didn't walk in our bare feet on it. The socks we wore only while we were at the hotel were filthy when we took them off. The TV worked; that was the best thing we could say about this hotel. Even though breakfast was still being advertised, it wasn't offered and the lobby area was closed 24/7; the check in/out was through a window and there was no maid service at all. We realize this is still COVID time, but our friends at the conference that stayed at other hotels had much better experiences during this same time frame. We used to trust Days Inn to be at least decent, but this hotel doesn't even qualify for the word "decent" to describe it at all. Never again will we stay at a Days Inn.

Liked: The location was only two miles from the venue we needed to drive to. The TV worked.
Disliked: This hotel should be demolished and rebuilt. It was beyond dirty and the area was super sketchy. We always stay in cheaper hotels when we travel, but this one was without a doubt the worst one we ever stayed at!

Disliked: It had roaches; hard bed; nasty environment.

Bedding was stained; the toilet didn't work; the phone wouldn't dial out; none of the power outlets were up to date to charge electronics; the remote for the TV didn't work; no microwave (I was advised there would be); everything unplugged; not a good location in town; bathroom had debris in the corner of the room; never changed trash; room key worked intermittently; when I told them about the toilet they didn't fix it; they said there would be a continental breakfast but when I went down for coffee at 6:30 a.m. no one was there.

Disliked: Totally disappointed.

Very nice hotel - very clean and nice staff. Great personnel cleaned the room. Quiet and great pool area. Not fancy but a great result for the money.

Disliked: Staff was unpleasant, complaining and slow, I reserved 2 rooms and the first one we went in there was no power except the air conditioner so we had to change 1 room which was not very clean. There were broken doors and taped up windows in different areas around the hotel. Did not feel safe.

Disliked: They had roaches, the beds were hard and it was in a very bad area. I would have given a good comment on where the mirror was placed but I was to busy chasing the roach that ran behind it!!!

Liked: One of the young men at the front desk was kind.
Disliked: Unsafe neighborhood. I specifically asked if the location was safe.Used condom right outside the door of my room. I have a photo of it. When I showed the photo to one of the young men at the front he said, "I'm not surprised."I think this establishment is used for prostitution. One of the young men at the front desk was telling the other young man at the front desk that the people who shot his two friends in the head had been caught in Arizona. Room had been smoked in and then sprayed over. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. When I reported this to the front desk one young man said, "It's a non-smoking room but we can't help it if people smoke in it."

Disliked: The pictures are completely false. It is dirty, there were blood stains on our pillows, the mattresses are moldy, and there were cockroaches. Nothing about those hotel rooms are clean. When I addressed these concerns to the staff, they did absolutely nothing. I wasn’t offered any type of refund or anything.

Liked: Lots of noise from people outside at late hours. Guests smoking drugs. The bathroom shower didn't work. Bad smells around the room.
