This hotel is beyond even remodeling; it should be demolished and totally rebuilt. The carpeting in the room was so dirty that we didn't walk in our bare feet on it. The socks we wore only while we were at the hotel were filthy when we took them off. The TV worked; that was the best thing we could say about this hotel. Even though breakfast was still being advertised, it wasn't offered and the lobby area was closed 24/7; the check in/out was through a window and there was no maid service at all. We realize this is still COVID time, but our friends at the conference that stayed at other hotels had much better experiences during this same time frame. We used to trust Days Inn to be at least decent, but this hotel doesn't even qualify for the word "decent" to describe it at all. Never again will we stay at a Days Inn.

Liked: The location was only two miles from the venue we needed to drive to. The TV worked.
Disliked: This hotel should be demolished and rebuilt. It was beyond dirty and the area was super sketchy. We always stay in cheaper hotels when we travel, but this one was without a doubt the worst one we ever stayed at!

Disliked: It had roaches; hard bed; nasty environment.

Bedding was stained; the toilet didn't work; the phone wouldn't dial out; none of the power outlets were up to date to charge electronics; the remote for the TV didn't work; no microwave (I was advised there would be); everything unplugged; not a good location in town; bathroom had debris in the corner of the room; never changed trash; room key worked intermittently; when I told them about the toilet they didn't fix it; they said there would be a continental breakfast but when I went down for coffee at 6:30 a.m. no one was there.

Disliked: Totally disappointed.

Very nice hotel - very clean and nice staff. Great personnel cleaned the room. Quiet and great pool area. Not fancy but a great result for the money.

Unsatisfied, logistical and communication issues...

Liked: I initially checked in for 2 nights but I had to leave one day earlier. One week later, I’m still waiting for my refund for that night to be approved, even though I called in several times for this issues to be taken care of. They just provide the very basics. I won’t checkin at Days Inn in the future.

Liked: I didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast I left because me and my family didn't feel safe at all in the area. There were people standing around the hotel smoking marijuanna and I watched like 3 different drug transaction just sitting in the parkinlot my kids where scared to get out of the car it was a mess.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the property . Stop homeless people from hanging out in the parking lot it's not a safe good look for the people and their families when you pull up and you see drug transaction. My biggest reason I left and didn't check in was because I ordered two room one for me and my husband then my kids a room they refused to put us in a room close enough for me to be able to watch my kids rooms do to all the hanging out in the Parkin lot random man and women and couldn't make sure my kids where secure . So I left didn't check in tried to explain now I'm waiting on the hotel manager to except a call from Priceline to refund me my money and no respond back can some contact me please from the hotel 3526821860
