This hotel is beyond even remodeling; it should be demolished and totally rebuilt. The carpeting in the room was so dirty that we didn't walk in our bare feet on it. The socks we wore only while we were at the hotel were filthy when we took them off. The TV worked; that was the best thing we could say about this hotel. Even though breakfast was still being advertised, it wasn't offered and the lobby area was closed 24/7; the check in/out was through a window and there was no maid service at all. We realize this is still COVID time, but our friends at the conference that stayed at other hotels had much better experiences during this same time frame. We used to trust Days Inn to be at least decent, but this hotel doesn't even qualify for the word "decent" to describe it at all. Never again will we stay at a Days Inn.

Liked: The location was only two miles from the venue we needed to drive to. The TV worked.

Disliked: It had roaches; hard bed; nasty environment.

Bedding was stained; the toilet didn't work; the phone wouldn't dial out; none of the power outlets were up to date to charge electronics; the remote for the TV didn't work; no microwave (I was advised there would be); everything unplugged; not a good location in town; bathroom had debris in the corner of the room; never changed trash; room key worked intermittently; when I told them about the toilet they didn't fix it; they said there would be a continental breakfast but when I went down for coffee at 6:30 a.m. no one was there.

Disliked: Totally disappointed.

Very nice hotel - very clean and nice staff. Great personnel cleaned the room. Quiet and great pool area. Not fancy but a great result for the money.

Disliked: It was 1am when I checked in so I ending up taking and staying in the room to rest my head at 7am I was out the next morning.The smell of the room.The toilet was all wobbly.The picture look ok online and the furniture was all old looking and way outdated.The room was in bad shape.

Liked: nothing went well and nothing to like we checked in the first room assigned, one bed was not done, i had to request changing room. During the night noticed i had to share the room with cockroaches end up staying up protecting my belonging from contamination
Disliked: Juan, the hotel manager was referred as point of contact for complaints, later that morning i phoned on 4 separate occasions to be put on hold and end up not being able to reach anyone. I escalate the phone call to head office.

Disliked: The door did not lock, there was black moldOn the bathroom wall, the fan over the toilet was blowing black dirt on the to lit lid, the bathtub faucet was held on with duck tape, there was tape Holding the ceiling tape from falling down, the floor was so dirty you could not walk on it or would have black feet, the sheets were never changed in a 6 night stay even though the sign says every 3 days had to ask for towels to be changed, they were then removed from room and had to ask for them back. There was almost no hot water and water pressure was almost non existent. And the room was crowded either get rid of the desk and chair or the table and chair you can hardly move around.
