Liked: The gentleman that worked the night shift that checked me in was nice.
Disliked: Place was run down, TV wouldn't come on and someone started calling my room at 4am.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: We booked a king bed and when we got to the room we were given 2 queen beds. Our room card didn’t work at first and I went to the service desk and he kept telling me he was going to follow me to my room to fix the card, never showed up. I went back to get him and he said he was coming and then again, never showed up. Took me about 20 minutes to get into my room. Microwave didn’t work.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. CheckOut clerk was nice.
Disliked: CheckIn clerk wasn’t particularly friendly. Seemed bored.

My expectations were not high....

Liked: The room was very clean and functional. Lots of conveniently located electrical outlets. Easy to plug in the electronics and phone charger. I also got a good rate using booking.com
Disliked: The person working the desk at check in was not friendly or enthusiastic. Not rude, just seemed bored. Never smiled. The person who was at the desk at check out was completely the opposite. Very nice guy.
