Exceptional

Liked: Close to everything. Comfortable

Bugs are a deal breaker

Liked: Convenient location in a pretty good area
Disliked: Bathroom was musty and barely tolerable, but after finding 5 bugs/roaches( I could only get pictures of 4 as one was in the sink) it crossed the line to get out of there. Brought it to the attention of the front desk around 9pm and the man proceeded to cut me off and scold me about the bugs in the room.

Disliked: I was told that I would receive my deposit back in 3-5 days but never got it back and I left my room clean

Disliked: Too noisy, people, noise from the road, cock roaches, air conditioner smelt like mold & was very noisy

Liked: It was a nice place, a little dated but clean. Overall it was a pretty nice place.
Disliked: They advertised free breakfast, it consisted of coffee,juice,instant oatmeal, Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies, frozen pancakes that you had to heat in the microwave, but had no instructions on how long,yogurt, cereal and milk. And a few oranges. First morning we went to breakfast I had the pancakes warmed in 30 second intervals & coffee, wife didn’t eat, didn’t bother going back the other 2 days, we had to go to a restaurant.

Liked: The grounds were really nice, that swing is a nice touch. I enjoyed that the most. Pet friendly. Room was super clean. It was quiet. Staff super friendly. Worked for us because it was close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: Breakfast!!!! A bowl of cereal and packaged something, not sure what that was. Not a real breakfast. Completely disappointed.

Liked: Nice clean room.
Disliked: Fellow guests were outside on benches etc. and were very loud in front of other guestroom doors. Some guests on the bottom floors also sat outside and played music from their vehicles while hanging out in front of guest rooms

Disliked: The breakfast was a joke. Portioned cereal, oatmeal and cookies. Not a great option.

Don't stay in a smoking...

Liked: Not impressed. While property itself was OK, room itself left a lot to be desired.
Disliked: Interior in dire need of refurbishment. Paint peeling in bathroom, stained shower curtain, rust, smoke smell. While I understood this was a smoking room when I booked, I incorrectly assumed upgraded air handlers would be installed to deal with the smell - I was wrong.
