Liked: The staff were very nice. My daughter left her make-up bag behind and they called us. We were already four hours away, so they are mailing it to us. That is above-and-beyond. We very much appreciate it!We were getting ready for a wedding and suddenly had no water pressure. When we called the front desk, they immediately looked into it and found they had no water pressure either. Apparently the City was doing some work that caused the drop in pressure. While Days Inn had no control over the situation, they called us back and kept us informed as to when we would have water pressure again. Within ten minutes, we were good as gold and were able to make it to the wedding showered and on time.
Disliked: The juice dispenser was out of order. But those things happen... And the excellent waffles made up for it.

Location was great

Liked: Pillows smelled. Beds were clean.. floor needed vacuuming. Staff friendly.

Disliked: They did not refill the breakfast items as they were eaten, so not many choices at 8am. Breakfast ended at 9am.
