Liked: Location was great, employee was nice and helpful
Disliked: Carpet was filthy, tub was filthy, bathroom door was hard to shut and open

The stay wasn't terrible but...

Liked: I loved the location was close to alot of restaurants and stores. The bed was comfortable and the pool was open.
Disliked: My reservation was cancelled when I got there and I was unaware of it. The receptionist that night was really nonchalant about it. She told me I could still book but the date would be higher. Then she finally said just to try to rebook online to see if I could still do it. Thankfully it went through but the welcome wasn't there. The room was for disabled but I did expect better. The room could have been cleaner. It smelled bad and there were roaches crawling up the wall and one got on the bed. The covers had stains and holes in the pillowcases. The bathtub paint was peeling which made it a bit uncomfortable to relax in the tub.

Disliked: The building was nasty, brokedown, unclean, and unsightly! It was NOTHING like the pictures on the advertisements. Because of the disgusting look of the outside, counter, and lobby, I asked to see the room. It was HORRIBLE! The door was broken and hard to open. The room was FILTHY and had not been cleaned. The chair was filthy and dingy with black mold or something on it. And there was a filthy dirty sock on the floor! I took several pictures to show the front desk. The pictures you see are what I took when I opened the broken door! I demanded a FULL REFUND! I'm waiting for my card to be reimbursed.

Disliked: This property was horrible it smelled like weed, there was mold visible, and we observed two roaches.. This wasn't a pleasant experience thats why chose to seek some other property!
