Liked: The room was dirty and the beds blankets had holes in them I told the owner and he said that he knew that and didn't seem to care. Told me that they were not perfect I ask would you like your wife to sleep in a room with hole in the blankets he said she would be very unhappy but that thay we're not perfect I said for the price of the room that was not right. He said we are not perfect this is the 3 time this happened last time the bed sheets were wet with cum and thay said I could have a clean set of sheets but I would have to put them on the pool and hot tub was dirty but worked well don't think I would ever stay there against
Disliked: Have the owner. Give a dam on how dirty the place was and by New blankets the breakfast wasn't that good coffee was good but didn't have enough for all the guest had to go back 2 x to get a cup Will not return

Disliked: Dear Ocean Shores Property Management,I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property (Room 115, March 23). While one member of the service team was kind, the rest of the staff fell short. Specifically:- At check-in, one staff member appeared extremely tired and struggled to stay awake.- At check-out, another staff member was too busy on a call to assist me and dismissed my concerns.- I was overcharged ($192 instead of $171).Moreover, I have serious concerns about the room's condition and safety:- The screen was off the window, and the room was located on the first floor, which is a security concern, especially given the police presence at 12 am.- I found blood on a pillow, which was disturbing and unexplained.- The bedding consisted of a thin, holey fleece blanket with sheets on top and bottom.In light of these issues, I am requesting a full refund. I have attached a photo of the bloodstained pillow as evidence.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,Annieka Longacre
