Days Inn by Wyndham Novato/San Francisco, Novato

This place is only good for 1 night. It is remote with no eateries in the immediate area. The breakfast is questionable. If a stay is planned, bring your own food.

Liked: The room was clean and the pool looked good.
Disliked: There was an ironing board with no iron. I was told by the maids that an iron can be made available at the front desk. Upon asking at the front desk, there was no iron and unknown as to when one would be made available. I had to knock on a few guest rooms to ask for an iron. At breakfast, there was only 4 slices of bread.

Liked: I brought my own. Yogurt and cereal? Really?it's more than adequate: better than most. I think they are working to better represent what they say they are. Upgrading and still work can be done but then they'd probably charge more. Things is. More would come. My bathroom door was missing a layer of material at the bottom. They bathroom and facility was clean so I'm not going to squawk about a door being absent of an aesthetic, right?!Thanks Days Inn.

Liked: Desk staff admitted in the morning that the hotel could not afford an Electrian to bring property up to code.
Disliked: 1. It MUST BE NOTED- ROOMS HAVE NO FRIDGES, MICROS OR COFFEE MAKERS.2. STAFF at this property do not know which rooms are upstairs or downstairs3. The property was 1/2 empty, we requested an upstairs unit. They switched us 3x, because Cleaning staff were not done by 5:00 pm cleaning.4. The guests in room above us were jumping on their bed(s) after 9pm, uhhhg5. Box spring in our room was completely broken, as in- the springs shot- on left side of bed - so bed slanted when you were lying down. We discovered when alreadyIn our King bed.... husband & I slept on opposite side, scrunched up- cozy style.6. Property has an electrical issue. You can hear crackling outside. The day Manager explained that the cost of an electrical upgrade was millions of $$$$$$. Thus reason for *No microwave, coffee makers or fridges.7. BOOKINGS.COM- PLEASE UPDATE AMMENITIES AT THIS PROPERTY. THERE ARE NO - MICROWAVES- COFFEE MAKERS- REFRIGERATORS- AND NO VCR? WHO USES THOSE ANYWAY IN 2025COME ON. PLEASE. It will be hard to trust the integrity of Bookings.com for future reservations.
