Disappointing

Liked: The location
Disliked: My stay this time I experienced roaches in my room , hair on the clean towels and dirt in the corners. This was very different from my previous stays at this location.

Very disappointed. I've stayed before...

Liked: N/A
Disliked: The 1st room was awful. Dead bugs, floor wasn't swept, spread was not cleaned. Switched to another room and the bathroom toilet had urine in it, the sink had hair in it and on the stool. Cob webs and corners and bugs were on the floor as well. It was awful!

Frustrating to have to change...

Liked: Location was close to restaurants, shopping and airport
Disliked: Rooms had mechanical issues that required us to relocate to three different rooms.

Awesome place to stay staff...

Liked: The room was nice spacetous and clean. The bed was a little soft for me but it was good clean and I slept well for the most part. I didn't do the breakfast because I just wanted to sleep in. I am sure it would have been great just by how everything else was taken care of.
Disliked: I like that it was clean and kept up. I have traveled a lot in my time and this is one of the better places I have stayed at that price point. Next time I stay I will try out the breakfast thing just so I can see what it is like.
