Feeling welcome

Liked: How welcome they made us feel. I have been going there over 15 years. So most know me by name and acknowledge me by my name.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

Liked: The room was spacious, two double beds, the bathroom was clean. The pool and jakuzi was good. Reception staff amazing the guy which offer us an early check in and the girls second shift, which was the same for the second shift the next day( Chilean girl).The 8 is only for the reception and the cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: 1. They dont provide bathrobe inside room. How can a guest go to the pool without a bathrobe and no slippers? 2. The breakfast needs major improvementes. How can a hotel use plastic glasses,forks, knifes, plates, cups? Everything was plastic, even why some were saying " composable" how come?? Was horrible. Like 1☆ hotel.3. The waiter( girl) which was responsible for the breakfast was totale UNPOLITE. After i finished breakfast and i let the thing on the table, she spoke to me with a rude voice " you forgot your garbage Sir" and just acting like not caring after. During the cleaning process of the tables, one Asian couple were eating and she spray the table with solution but the tables were very close, they felt bad looking at each other. Also when she was cleaning the tables all the crumb were on the floor. That girl needs some good training in cleaning, comunication and body language!!Room: How can a chain hotel not have a minibar inside room? How can you put all in plastic( composable) it is nuts! No complimentary water. I can go on and on.
