Liked: the hot tub was okay. distance is good from clifton hill.
Disliked: had a hot tub and tried to fill it with hot water. the faucet had to be turned into cold for hot water, wifi didnt work too well. bathroom didnt feel properly cleaned. sink was clogged terribly. gladly we were out most of our days, good place to just sleep really. elevator was scary. when we tried to check in was told we were underage (19) and had to be 21 which made no sense because we've stayed at multiple hotels before. never had that problem, had an id, credit card etc. confusing.

Liked: Location was good - 10-15mins from the falls. Close to plenty of places to eat. Managed to find me a room even though I arrived earlier than checkin time. Free access to coffee machine and tea near reception. Room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was fine for me, it had fruits, mini pastries, yoghurt - note that no meats or cereals are offered.
Disliked: Bath towels could be larger, it is only slightly larger than the hand towel.

Disliked: The pools and spa had too much chlorine.the smell was very strong and the skin itched after a while (10-15 min)

Liked: Location is great. The beds are super comfortable and the staff were helpful and resourceful. Short trip yet found little room for fault.
Disliked: Would advise to keep additional garbage bags in the room since the hotel policy will only clean the rooms every 3rd day. So short stays would have to keep the room tidy but the garage cans get filled up.
