Very good choice

Liked: Everything, they gave us a ninth floor room which has an amazing view and sunset.
Disliked: Very difficult to say… no closet, a bit difficult to manage with two people

Liked: Great location, fairly new hotel.
Disliked: There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the room was not cleaned properly—there were long black hairs lying around the room and on the floor

Worth the price - clean...

Liked: The hotel was great! The area wasn’t that pretty but not rough or dangerous, 3 min walk from a big subway stop. Breakfast was not too fancy but definitely enough for the day and worth the price. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. If you’re looking for something affordable, i recommend. It’s no 5-star hotel but it will satisfy your needs. No complaints!

Very comfortable and excellent value...

Liked: This hotel is functional, clean, in an excellent location and very comfortable beds. The rooms are always clean. They are small but if your purpose is to go to NYC to visit them this is an ideal spot. It’s not esthetically pleasing, everything is functional. But for our 5 day trip it was excellent value for money, very calm, a skyline view from the breakfast room and the staff are extremely polite
Disliked: The corridors and breakfast room lack character

Liked: Nice hotel and location in the hart of Chinatown. We had a room view with view on Downtown which was amazing.Don’t expect too much of the breakfast, a bit more variation would be nice.Overall clean hotel and nice staf, and looking at the pricess in NYC definetly value for your money!

I was grateful to have...

Liked: The floors were sticky which was kinda gross. I know it was due to the chosen cleaning products like not enough water for the amount of product used, but it made for a really unpleasant experience while in our room. It was slippery at times as well even though the floor was technically dry. Our room was on the top floor so we assumed our “complimentary upgrade” was a plus but the bed was a full, not a queen like we booked. The shower collected water since the floor isn’t level. The employees were so loud in the hall, letting doors slam (right outside our room), chatting/giggling and the walls are paper thin. The room door had a gap at the floor so all sounds came right in (and light).
