Overall we were happy and greatly attended.

Liked: Excellent location, next to needed places.
Disliked: Only small roaches but looks like it's a general problem after huracán Katrina.

Liked: Wasn’t in the best part of town but the rooms were clean and the facility was good.

Liked: I liked how nice the staff were and the help and our room was always clean
Disliked: It’s in a bad area

Bad

Disliked: The room was dark and dingy. The refrigerator didn't work and the staff said they would send a maintenance man to look at it for 2 days. No one ever came. We had food that went to waste. A lot of crime in the area.

Not the best.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. The AC and TV worked well.
Disliked: There was a musty smell in the room. The floor was sticky. There were cockroaches in the bathroom crawling on the walls. The window had a crack in it that looked like a bullet hole. Lighting wasn't great either.

A basic New Orleans hotel....

Liked: Location was convenient to the highway. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Disliked: I booked two rooms and even had email confirmation. Upon arrival, we were told we only had one room booked and it took nearly an hour in the lobby (with frustrated people behind us) to get it resolved and get a second room.

Bad

Disliked: It was horrible it was a very bad smell n there that gave me a headache but n the hall it didn’t smell like that that smell gave me a bad headache n i had to leave i didn’t stay there 2 hours n i still haven’t received my refund !!!!

Passable

Liked: Queen beds were comfortable and clean nice shower pressure and tempNo bugsMostly quiet although it was clearly full capacityThere was breakfast options available cereal yogurt juice and waffles Walking distance to Walmart and fast food restaurants (but no real sidewalks)
Disliked: A/C didnt work well and was very loud so quite annoying. Couldn't get electronic key as the room door electric locks was broken(manual key was needed) but management tried best to remedy the situation plus room was behind the office and all the outside door locked so felt little safer. Mostly quiet but area wasn't the greatest. Ok for my needs as I arrived to town late night so for a shower and night sleep it ok but don't expect more than

Liked: The TV did not work the whole time Ai was there NO Tv.
Disliked: No tv nor was one offered to replace
