Wrong advertising

Liked: Location of hotel, close to Highway, gas station and restaurants.
Disliked: It was advertised having a breakfast- non, just cereal, bread which i can not eat and waffle maker. THAT IT!! I was confused and ask gentlemen at desk about breakfast and he point it at waffle maker. To have a include breakfast was one of the criteria why i choose this hotel. I never experience when hotel advertising breakfast just bread and waffle maker. Also, if you are a lite sleeper do not choose this location, to noisy from highway.

Disliked: front desk Staff is bad rude and mean especially the lady in the front. House keeper was very nice

Pleasantly surprised. Well above expectations...

Liked: The location was near many of the main attractions- River, Greune Hall and walking trails. D the manager was very kind and accommodating. The rooms have been redone and are exceptionally clean. We all commented we want to know what products they use. The shower and restroom were sparkling. Breakfast was nice and the area very clean. Not a lot of hot foods only waffles. But there were plenty of things to choose from. Again the stay was great. Highly recommended. We've not stayed at this hotel before and were pleasantly surprised. Would definitely stay again. Thank you D and staff.
