Room was clean; outlet for cell phone (night table did not work) and phone was out of order. What I was most disappointed with was that the swimming pool was not available - it would have been nice to have the information ahead. I would have probably stayed at a different hotel with a working swimming pool. Management were very friendly and kind.

Liked: Manager - was very polite and couteous.
Disliked: Swimming pool was not available; also, exterior was dirty (outside entrance), and the hallway carpet had a weird smell.

Liked: No place to sit to have breakfast, but then again not sure what they served.
Disliked: My room was located I think near area where cleaning supplies are kept at times it was very loud. Room need a light blanket!

Disliked: Pipe broke in next room. They were moved we were not or notified. My son got out of bed step in water. There for funeral drove 12 hours day before. Woken up at 7am to shop vac. Put lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig. Frig had rusted shelf. Shower was tall enough for a ho bit! Toilet ran all night and so much space at bottom of door it lite up room. My other son almost fell because the water was in the tiled hall. No one ever turned off water in the room next to ours

Disliked: The manager is a racist and a liar, wrongfully accused me of putting a hole in the bathroom door...and I still haven't been refunded for a stay that was cancelled due to him banning me.

Liked: It was disgraceful and the staff was inattentive, questioning requests for towels and hygienic products
Disliked: Anything would have made it better
