Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: 2 weeks after checkout and they haven't returned my credit card deposit. Worse, they put it through as a charge not a hold.On checking in, my room smelled like cannabis smoke and was freezing cold, heat turned off. Staff said it was cold because the windows had been opened. They did move me right away because of the shell, but that room shouldn't have been used until it was properly aired out.Breakfast was mediocre. Meets minimum requirements to be called "free breakfast" but not by much.

Met our needs, I would...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and the beds were great. We had a fridge and microwave as well as a coffee/tea Keurig machine. The pool was good and the hot tub was warm, but a little “off” (perhaps needing chemicals?) and the jets did not work.
Disliked: Hot tub not working/smelly; no bath mat, dated curtains.
