Liked: Location was good!
Disliked: The lady at front desk was rude, especially at the time of asking her questions, she was complaining and unhappy when I and other guests requests some things, for example extra towels. My reservation was for 4 and there were only two towels in the room. The table in the room was broken, and I had booked a room with queen beds and we got one with twins. The hotel smelled bad and the beds stank. The people cleaning up were friendly. For breakfast, the hotel does not provide what they offer online. For the price they charge, the breakfast was really bad. Other guests and we had to request milk, juice or something else because the front desk lady was putting things little by little and complained about it all the time. Please think twice before staying at this hotel. It does not represent well the Whyndham Hotel chains.

Disliked: Manager in front and gave me hard time about a deposit and my company card needs your name on it and that I had already paid for room on booking .Com and he wanted more money a joke of a motel manager and he sit and creeper on me the whole night while I was working on my chainsaws I told him I'm down here for government to clean up casselbury and he still tried to instigating me all night

Disliked: When we got to the room the floors were still wet..had to use the bath mat to dry to prevent slipping.Floors remained sticky - glad I have shoes I could easily put on

Liked: Nothing horrible place to stay.
Disliked: They are disgusting. They don’t clean anything. They charge you fees for “smoking” when you don’t smoke and they try to steal all your money. Don’t stay here. Very nasty and not good people or staff.

Bad experience

Disliked: I lost all my packages that I had previously warned. Then the bad reception service, they rejected my packages and were lost without refund. Terrible experience, bad breakfast
