Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was very good. They have a pancake machine that was very entertaining for my child. We purposely booked a suite with a pull out couch but it seemed to be broken. My child still slept on it however an adult couldn't comfortably lay on it with them. The hot tub was disappointing. It was the same temperature as the pool. Our television and remote were also not working properly and my husband had to do a quick fix so we could enjoy any shows. Staff was lovely however we were not told about the wifi upon check in. Rooms were dated and need refreshing.

Okay

Liked: The breakfast was excellent one of the best we have had. Would be so much better if carpets were cleaned . Bedding was good, bathroom needs updates but was clean. Pool area is nice.
Disliked: Carpets in rooms and hallways all really dirty.
