Overall I won’t be staying...
Liked: The lady in the front was nice and had good customer service very welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: The water in the shower didn’t get very hot it stayed a lukewarm temperature. The lock on the door was very loose in the morning I tried calling for an extra towel and the front desk would not answer after the third time trying I asked the gentleman that answered if I could get an extra towel he asked me what room I was in when I told him he said that I would need to come and get it basically because I was too far from the office what I assumed. We stayed on the first floor and the people above us had children that ran around stomping on the ground from 10pm - 6am in the morning.

Liked: Great simple lodging. No fuss at a great rate. Didn't feel like an INN, whatsoever. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean as anything.

Not worth it. Upgrade to...
Liked: Coffee and juice in the lobby. We didn’t try the drinks, however, convenient for those that did. Upon request, we were able to switch rooms.
Disliked: Upon check-in we were alerted that our tv wasn’t working and it wouldn’t be looked into until the manager got to the property in “about 2-3 hours, most likely 3”. This was around 4pm. We were told it was the only suite available. Ok, we accepted our room keys and brought our stuff up. This “suite” was an end unit that faced the very busy, loud street. It had a dated stiff couch and the shower made you question if you’d actually get clean or catch some kind of disease. Also, after looking at the broken tv situation, it seems like an issue that could’ve been fixed with a simple router reset. This is something any shift worker should know how to handle. We returned to the lobby and requested a room change to a standard king room which was accommodated. There was no apology from staff for the state of the original room or for the inconvenience of having to switch to something more clean and comfortable.The new room was cleaner, however, the walls were so thin you could hear the neighboring rooms conversations and snoring. Highly recommend to bring ear plugs if you can tolerate sleeping with them.
