Superb

Comfortable hotel in good location

Liked: Room comfortable and very clean. Fast check-in. Hotel located within walking distance from wharf and restaurants. Would be happy to stay here again.
Disliked: Door latch didn't work properly and shut us out once, and room access card stopped working once. Both issues fixed very fast by friendly reception staff.

Disliked: I stayed on Friday evening. Some of the rooms were booked by people who stayed up until 4 am - talking loudly, having fun, etc. I strongly suspect drinking. I did phone reception a few times after midnight to see if anything could be done. The phone rang out each time without being answered. I do not know if I was unlucky or if this is a regular occurrence. I spoke with reception the following morning and was told parties were not allowed, and I should have phoned reception since it was 24 hours. When I explained, I had they said there must have been a fault with my phone. Draw your own conclusions.
