Liked: Only think I can say is the heater did not get the room warm enough. Call office manager and he came to the room and said the heater would get warm. Did not !
Disliked: Hope this will be fixed for the next person who stays at this room.

Disliked: Guests try to conduct their check in while outside, through a tiny window, in freezing weather with high wind, while hotel staff is nice and warm inside. It's hard to hear... you are inside giving instructions through a credit card slot. That's today's standard of human interaction and hospitality for you!!

The overall experience was pathetic....

Liked: The room bedsheets were not clean and it has bugs on it. We hardly stayed for one hour in that room and checked out immediately in the middle of the night. The overall experience was pathetic.
Disliked: The room cleaning was not done properly. It wasn’t comfortable to stay there.
