Liked: The lady at the front desk was so unprofessional, I ask her for a receipt from my prior stay at the hotel, which she didn't know how to find or print, so when I ask about the new 50 dollar deposit she got really rude ..if you work in hospitality you give 100 percent customer service also learn your job so when you are ask simple question you will have the answer to the question, not get a attitude and start yelling and pointing, which made me get out of character, and stated she was going to call the.police on me ,what trigger me even more ,but my husband just decided to leave property,.So unprofessional she need to stick to cleaning the rooms and not working up front then she sat down and start scrolling on Facebook..Seems no authority is in place at facility, If I can go to work and yelling at customer and nothing happens to you and play on my phone doing work hours, that's a lovely Job..Also everything was recorded 😉
