Bad business

Liked: I like the fact that the room had a good rate and a swimming pool in two beds in the room.
Disliked: What I did it like was that someone broke into my car and stole some of my belongings. There are no cameras around the hotel at modestoon. McHenry Avenue they have a little bit of a security that drives through it really gives you a false sense of security. I'm really upset. Those things that were taken from me were from my deceased husband he just passed away 2 months ago. Please.Do something about your security.It's not fair to those that don't live there.

A terrible experience

Liked: Property has large rooms and is private and quiet on a conveniently located street where there is food and banking
Disliked: This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and got bit by bedbugs. They did a remodel so I came back to try it again and they still have the same nasty ass bedbug beds. They have not changed and my whole face got bit up. I was highly upset and did not get any kind of refund.

Good value

Liked: very spacious room. very clean: bed sheets, Carpet, new bathroom. Nice pool.
Disliked: The property is quite dated and the furnishings s well .It could use a face left , however, it's clean. The breakfast was adequate, but it wasn't sensational.

Disliked: I rent a bedroom for one nightThe house keeper nook the door so hard 15 minutes before 11:00 we are getting ready for check out so she said that we are supposed to be out at that time how can be that possible they have bad bad service plus is so duty every where

Liked: It is good and clean property
Disliked: I had a chance to call and speak to the Representative before the arrival, but they said no word about the security deposit at a check up, even though I paid price for the room in fullupfront. At a check in, the Rep took my cash, and then she said that in order to check in, I must pay another $150 security deposit, and when I pulled up cash, she refused to take it, because I had two bills of $50. So she made me to use my credit card for $150 There was no sign of such requirements listed anywhere on their website, and when I called in with questions prior to arrival, they did not notify me of such. It was very inconvenient and I will not recommend this place because of their unwelcoming attitude.
