Sad, depressing place to stay

Liked: Staff was great. Nothing else was
Disliked: Room was dirty...cleaned it myself. Would have left but couldn't get refund.. Rust and black mold in shower. Huge roaches on floor. Thank God they were dead. Laundry service closed. Very noisy, I think next door was either a prostitute or drug dealer traffic Continually all through the night. Put do not disturb sign on door and someone during night stole it. Will never stay here again. Stayed here last month and room and everything was great. What the hell happened?
