Don't Go

Liked: The property was awful. Days Inn are usually nice and adequate. This hotel was dirty, the linens on the beds were yellowed, stained and the pillows were also stained and yellowed. The microwave was filthy, the TV remote was coated with grime and I have never seen a hotel room that was this bad, not even in a third world country. There was NOTHING to like.
Disliked: The hotel was undergoing major renovations so the hallways were dusty, tools and cords to trip over and the rugs were rolled up. The manager was yelling at the front desk clerk while we were checking in and she looked like she had PTSD from working there.

Disliked: I didn’t like the property because the staff, specifically the fat worker who worked the front desk at 5am that morning.

It was okay.

Liked: Staff was great. I had minimal interaction with anyone, by my own choice. Front desk lady was great!
Disliked: Price of the room was a little high for the room. The bed has seen its better days. It was not comfortable at all. We rented room 202 which is a suite with a jetted tub. For the most part the room was clean. Bedding was clean, plenty of towels. The jetted tub is broken in places and needs cleaned or replaced with an air jet tub or even a garden tub. There was hair coming out of the jets. The mini fridge in the room was a solid block of ice and didn’t keep cold. The room is quite large but the TV is like a 30” so watching tv from anywhere but right in front of it, is not happening. The room cost $197.79 per night. I don’t think we’ll be visiting again.

Horrible hotel and extremely dirty...

Liked: There wasn't really anything good about this hotel stay. The photos clearly were taken a LONG LONG time ago and never updated.
Disliked: Where to start...the bathroom in the lobby when I first walked in smelt horrible and was not clean at all. toilet paper on the floor everywhere and pee on the seat. The hot tub didnt work as it was the same temperature as the pool even after turning the jets on, they shot out cold water. The floor in the pool room was absolutely disgusting as there was hair, dirt, grim, and just all around not clean. I complained about the hot tub and was told something would be done about it, however we went back the next night and it was even colder than the first night. The breakfast was bad too as there was 3 giant hairs in my food. It took about 15 min when we first arrived to check us in and it took 2 people as the one employee had no idea what she was doing. When the second employee tried to help her, it seemed as though she was confused as well. The bed frames are extremely loud and squeaky as thats all we heard BOTH nights from the upper floor because we were on the main floor and had to go buy earplugs to just be able to fall asleep. The pillows were rock hard and lumpy, the fridge has no temperature gauge and was not even cold, and the one lock on the door was broken. When they "cleaned" the room, they didn't even make the bed or give us new shampoo and conditioner as usual. They took the garbage out and replaced the towels but nothing else. Like I said, the bed was messy and not even touched by the cleaners. There was also hair and dirt on the floor as they clearly didn't vacuum either. The light was not even bright it didn't even light up nearly half room, thankfully there was a lamp (which wasn't that bright anyways) The whole entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and we weren't even close to the doors and we had a entire floor of non smoking rooms and made sure to get a room that was non smoking as I cant stand that smell however I ended up breathing it in the entire time anyways.

It was good, easy to...

Liked: The breakfast was fine, although there was no meat provided. I made do with peanut butter. I try to avoid gluten and dairy, so options are limited. The scrambled eggs were hot and plentiful, so I was able to get enough to eat.
Disliked: A dairy free yogurt, maybe a gf bread option.
