Disliked: When we checked in there were reservation problems which resulted in us having to get a different room than we wanted; room was not totally clean - there was a candy wrapper and a piece of candy right there on the floor; in the second floor lobby, there was a Dr Pepper can left on the table for our entire two night stay; makes me wonder what else they didn't clean.

Disliked: Internet suck and breakfast suck. Room service suck wack for not having elevator. Cleaning was terrible I had to clean my bathroom before me or my niece could use it. Had BM and urine everywhere on toilet seat.

It was comfortable and checked...

Liked: The bathroom was very clean and looked like it was newly remodeled. The room was very big and the beds were clean and comfortable. I was also glade that the TV was a good size, big enough to see from anywhere in the room, except the bathroom of course.
Disliked: The breakfast was pretty much gone by the time my family got showered and made it downstairs, but thankfully they still had waffles a few packets of oatmeal and cereal. My room was supposed to have a pull out couch and instead just had a sitting chair so my kids had to all share one bed. Also, it would have been nice to have an extra side table for the kids to put their stuff on, and for someone to have turned the A/C on before we got there. We had to wait 30 minutes for the room to cool off when we arrived. It was very hot and muggy when we walked in. All minor things though.
