Liked: Location
Disliked: There was no tv or wifi, both were not working.

Disliked: The front desk lady was rude the ac/fan unit was so loud couldn't use it....worse time I've ever had there

Liked: Relative closeness to businesses and food establishments.
Disliked: The room was nasty and dirty, i ended up checking out within 2 hrs of being there because of nasty stains on blankets, poop smear in the bathtub and staff refused to give me refund and insinuated that i did that stuff to the room!!!

Liked: Clean rooms. Quick easy check in. Located close to everything in Mason City area

Disliked: No elevator. They lied and said that they did. Got there tired and kids were tired. No elevator. I called them 3 times to verify because we are disabled. Had to find another hotel and pay more

Liked: Im not sure there was much to like.
Disliked: Yes, the room was filthy and there was a broken meth or crack pipe on the floor. Very unsettling.

Disliked: The rooms carpet was stained all over. The chairs had stain marks. The AC unit was very very loud. They should be ashamed to have a room like this.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, & good location.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I disliked
