Liked: I stayed the night before and it was amazing. Clean room everything great other than there were no rags. I went and asked for some and she gave me one so me and my bf had to share a wash rag. I stayed the next night and it was gross. The room smelled bad and when I turned on the heater it was worse. I moved the covers and a roach was crawling on my pillow. I went to the bathroom and when I came back I seen 2 babies on the mirror. I was disgusted. I went and told the lady at the desk and she gave me big spray. I asked for a new room and she said she will see but I never heard anything the rest of the night. I had had a very long day and was exhausted so I sprayed around the bed and went to sleep. I think for 100 a night I shouldn't of had to spray bug spray and should of been offered a refund, discount, or a different room. I didn't pay 60$ a room across town bc it has roaches but to pay more and still have them was disappointing.

An Experience from Hell

Liked: There was nothing to like.
Disliked: This was without a doubt, the nastiest, most disgusting place I have ever set foot in. I'm going to try to say this in as few words as possible.My 2 daughters and I arrived around 11:30 pm. We stood outside and rang the bell. While waiting for someone to answer, what seemed to be a permanent resident approached me and asked for food. Eventually an employee came to the window with no shoes and pajamas on. When she opened the sliding window, the most horrendous smell hit the air and almost knocked me down. It was late so I paid the money anyway. We got to our room and the key didn't work so I had to go back to the window and get another. That one didn't work either. The employee eventually walked down there and had another key and opened it. When we walked in, I was hit with the smell. I could barely walk in there without vomiting. The floors were filthy. The bedding was stained. The walls and curtains looked like they had blood on them. Mold from wall to ceiling. I didn't walk into the bathroom. We got our belongings and left for the Holiday Inn in Union City. Sometimes the cost is worth it. I'm disputing this charge with my credit card company because I can't get the hotel to answer me back. Do not stay here!!!!!

Liked: The rooms were a good size. The hotel is an older hotel. Location was excellent it just needs so updating. No pool. It was mediocre but definitely not bad. I would give it a 7 out of 10 overall no maybe 7 and a half.
Disliked: The outdated room and amenities. No pool or jaquizzi. Parking not great or easy getting into the parking.

Disliked: The pictures when booked were NOT what it was when I walked in!! Very plain..nothing modern!!! And only a half of a roll of toilet paper and no refill left to replace!! It was not what I booked!!!!
