Nice place; seemed like a low crime area. Rooms were nice.

Liked: Great location. Fairly quiet.
Disliked: Maids left a bleach tag on my clothes.

The best place to stay.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, helpful. They checked me in earlier than it was supposed to be. My room was comfortable, everything what I needed was in my room including coffee machine. I felt safety.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Liked: The rooms were clean
Disliked: The parking lot had standing water that smelled like sewage. It's an older facility that could use a little attention.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was close to the event I was attending. Bed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The mold around the tub and the cock roaches in the bathroom every day! The first 3 roaches were babies. Then came a big one.

Disliked: Evidently my bank does not like this establishment because it would not let my room be used on my debit card. Either one of them, so something evidently isn't right. Just luckily I had cash to pay, and the man allowed me to pay cash.

Affordable, convenient location, and easy...

Liked: It’s within walking distance of American Airlines Center, which just really appreciated as it saved about $45 not having to park. The rooms weren’t anything special, but did the job just fine and were overall clean and relatively comfortable. Price was fair as well and I would stay here again especially if attending an event at AAC.
Disliked: The breakfast could be better, there weren’t many options and my cereal was pretty stale. I didn’t have super high expectations for it though.
