Liked: Provided decent in-room amenities.
Disliked: They placed a $100 incidentals charge up front on check in. It has now been 8 days and this money has not been returned to me or detailed.

Excellent stay in Marietta!

Liked: We were greeted by a very kind and friendly helpful, and respectful staff member at the front desk. We were happy with the very good renovations - paint, flooring, tile, curtains. A wonderful fresh smell when we entered the room. Very clean room. Appreciated that the mini fridge also had a freezer! The bed was SO comfortable. The breakfast bagels were very fresh, and toaster, cream cheese, jam and butter provided.. Yogurt, coffee, fresh juice, milk, cereal and fruit were available as well. The gentleman at the desk the next morning greeted us warmly and made sure the breakfast room was well stocked. He was a very friendly man also. We would definitely return here if passing through Martietta again!.
Disliked: The bathroom fan was a bit noisy, but not a problem really.

Disappointing

Liked: It was clean but I thought to expensive for what you get
Disliked: Bathroom had a broken shelf, not enough seating. Nothing to put your stuff on in the shower. Looked like there was mold in the bathroom. The ice maker had what looked like black mold in it.

Migraine due to scented cleaners

Liked: location and breakfast was pretty good. room was clean and deadbolt actually worked this time.
Disliked: we were lower level so noise levels above us was awful. banging none stop. Cleaning products are scented so I who has sensitivity to scent makes the day unenjoyable as it triggered a migraine. A guest next to our room had sensibility to. We provided this feedback before but they have yet to make these change.
