In general I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else unless there were some maintenance issues taken care of and a new staff were hired who enjoyed customer service.

Disliked: I put the rating of "disappointing" not because I expected a 5 star hotel for the price that I paid but because I do expect for a hotel to be safe in all aspects and clean. We always get a hotel with a pool for entertainment for our kids because we don't have a lot of money to spend when we go somewhere but the pool was dirty and cloudy. Safety was definitely an issue. The bar to hold onto to walk down the steps into the pool was loose which is dangerous and the ladder to climb out of the pool was also loose. When I sat in one of the pool lounge chairs it cracked and I only weigh 145 lbs. There were a lot of lights in the walkways that were blinking constantly or just out. The rooms were not very clean, hence the roach we found, and the front desk people were not very friendly - like they would rather be somewhere else. Like I said I realize this was not a 5 star hotel, but I have been in one before that was just as old but the staff were super friendly, willing to do whatever needed to be done to make us, the paying customer, satisfied with our stay. Attitude goes a long way.

Disliked: Smelled like mold from the time I entered. Looked unkempt. Around 10 pm someone knocked on door saying they were sent to fix TV. Dod not let them in. When u called front desk to ask if they sent someone. Staff argued with me saying I requested it after I told him I did not. Very unprofessional!

Disliked: Room not clean and sheets were dirty and small thin blanket looked old and window had spider webs plus mold around seal of window and bathroom wasn’t ver clean either and worn out and hallway carpet looked old and hadn’t been vacuumed in forever plus floor as you walked felt like it had holes underneath the carpet plus it was supposed to be non smoking but hallway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke and weed

I never received a microwave...

Disliked: The manager is very rude. I asked for a microwave and never received when I have been here 3 weeks. And he put me and my kids out in the freezing cold while I was trying to get churches to help me pay for my rent.

the worst place I stayed

Disliked: all rooms are smoking rooms. Don't be fooled by the photo of the boking, as there is no workrefrigerator or microwave. They don't clean the room. Attendants are deceitful. There's no ice. It was the worst accommodation of my life. they don't return the money. a blow
