Very pleasant, nice staff, and...

Liked: I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It is right downtown, in an older building that has been well maintained and is very clean. The staff was very nice and everything went very smoothly. The common area where you eat breakfast is sunny and welcoming. The owners are clearly working to make the place nice.
Disliked: The breakfast is kind of sad but pretty much what you expect from a continental breakfast. Hard to complain about free coffee in the morning though!

Disappointing

Liked: When we got there the initial impression was ok, but once we settled in, the bathroom did not feel clean. The ceiling vent for the fan was not clean. The toilet paper holder was broken. The bathtub was not clean The shampoo dispense was empty. There was no facial tissue. There was no ironing board.

Overall, a very nice stay...

Liked: Location is easy in and out. Staff was excellent and very accomodating. Room was very quiet - conducive to a good nights' sleep. Plenty of hot water for showers. Great mini fridge and microwave. Comforter on bed was light yet warm.
Disliked: Breakfast was not impressive. Don't come here expecting eggs, bacon, etc. It has bare necessities like coffee, dry cereal, bread for toast and batter mix for waffles. Some fresh fruit (apples, orange, bananas).

Disliked: It was perfect there was nothing that I didnt like

Could have been a better...

Liked: The bed, tv channel selection, the location, the distance to where I needed to go for work
Disliked: How loud the fan in the bathroom was when you turned it on like I tried taking a shower but decided not to because of how loud the fan was I also like to keep the bathroom light on so when I wake up throughout the night to use the bathroom I’m not running into everything but I couldn’t do that because the fan they can at least remodel parts of the hotel and add some new security cameras as well as up the security make sure there is a office for employees so you don’t have to call a certain number just to check out if doing it while employees aren’t nearby
