Liked: I was displaced from the result of Hurricane Helene. Everyone at your hotel were so nice and accommodating -- which made my visit there much easier.
Disliked: Not a thing.

Liked: The lady at reception desk
Disliked: There were RATS running around the facility. We DID NOT STAY THERE when we saw that. Went to desk and told lady we WOULD NOT be staying there. Sh said we would have to contact BOOKINGS.COM for a refund. Again..WE DID NOT STAY THERE because of the rats. I AM DEMANDING A REFUND FOR THE TWO ROOMS WE BOOKED!!!!

Liked: The staff was nice and very professional even with dealing with walk ins and people with attitudes.
Disliked: My Tv in the room didn’t work I had to use an actual key to unlock my room door (which I didn’t mind) and the bathroom was dirty … I cleaned it out before my partner came so it would be clean for him to shower and it was also a dirty towel left in the bathroom. Like come on now. Wish I could get my money back honestly.
