Disliked: No water pressure, sticky floor, cigarette burns on furniture and tub. Beds were full at most, not queen. Friendly people and supposedly in the middle of renovations.

Liked: Don’t know the rude people running this hotel have absolutely no personality and have the heart God gave a snake…We had to sleep in our van because the staff would not let us stay in the room that a friend had purchased for us from over seas. Not only rude but was adding Pet fees, a Dog fee, some late charge that we had not deserved. So instead of being a good human with a heart the Made us sleep in our van while a room paid in full sat empty all night. You guys need to do some serious soul searching…I will not be staying here again and neither will anyone in which I come in contact. Here is where the middle finger is raised.

Disliked: Was extremely dirty, had to have a double room instead of a king room that we had booked because we felt uncomfortable that the desk agent would have to lock and unlock our room door with only a master key, smoke detector was a hole in the wall with wires coming out

Liked: I liked the decorations if the room. The clean bed also. Access to ice
Disliked: front Desk was rude at check in and check out and when I asked for a price match during stay I was told I couldn't get..We did not receive a copy of bill. Housekeeping knocks without identifying themselves.

Liked: Staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: Facilities could use some spiffing up. Thanks to the staff, we got a coffee maker in our room. Had to ask. Two nights out of three noisy neighbors woke us up. Be sure to carry something to generate white noise
