Rooms were very clean and updated. Not even butts in the parking lot. Also close to NY State Fairgrounds.

LEFT, DIDNT STAY, TO SCARED!

Liked: nothing! Horrible place!! very deceiving in pictures and sketchy!
Disliked: better description of the place. Looks deserted and not very safe. my daughter was afraid in the broad daylight, how would we have slept at night! Asked for a refund and was sent back $15! what a JOKE! didn't even stay over night! took the loss but there customer service didn't care!

Liked: Clean and quiet. We had an early airplane flight, and it all worked out.

Liked: Staff was decent and friendly. Bed was made, room was fairly clean.
Disliked: The door to our room had to be forced open and forced closed to operate, card reader on door sometimes worked sometimes didn't. There was a medium sized crack in the center of the tub which has been there for sometime. There were random flower pedals left behind from who ever stayed before us. I was charged an additional 20.00 for checking in early even though I put the request to check in early through the message and it was approved without a request for additional funds then. I could have stayed in a 4 star hotel for the price I payed at the 2 star hotel. Property needs a lot of fixing up and modernization.

Disliked: room had a bad odor probably for being closed for long time or bad carpet. Heating system wasnt working well and was freezing cold inside room.

Liked: Dark rooms, quiet area
Disliked: That I had to give $100 deposit to access the room, which I was not told online. No plates, spoons or fork in the room. You have microwave, we don't travel with our home kitchen

Disappointing

Liked: I did not choose based on amentaties as I was seeking the closest place to my destination of business.
Disliked: Could find hotel in same area for same price that had more amenities like breakfast and pool.

Meh

Liked: The Kinney drugs across the street was open until Midnight.
Disliked: The bathrooms were small, the shower was leaking, our front door had no deadbolt lock so I kept the desk pressed against it at night time to sleep so I knew it was closed and locked. And the fridges couldn't fit a pizza box even when they advertise pizza Hut pizzas.
