Liked: I door pool was incredibly fun for the kids. Plus the game room was a fun option too! Everything was so clean and comfortable. Staff was incredibly understanding and friendly
Disliked: The only downside was that the pool was supposed to be locked up at 9pm. The pool was not locked and some inconsiderate people who snuck in and were obnoxious at 4am.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, and breakfast was very good.

Bad

Liked: The room was nice. Spacious. Clean. After a day of skiing, I checked in at 5pm. I attempted a shower at 6 and had no hot water. Front desk promptly sent someone to get heat. Despite being told at 630 problem was fixed, I still had no hot water at 730. I checked out. I was given a full refund.
Disliked: No hot water. See below.

Liked: Staff member that was there during our stay was nice. Everyone around us was quiet and respectful. Plenty of parking!
Disliked: Beds/pillow were quite uncomfortable. Things didn’t seem to be dusted either so there were many spots that weren’t clean. The shower had some build up spots that weren’t cleaned.
