Bad

Liked: Location was good. The manager was nice and tried to help.
Disliked: Front desk people were rude. Our AC/Heat went out. A guy that works there told us it wasn’t working because it was based on the temperature from outside… then gave us a fan to use. We did not have any heat for the room. The room got cold overnight. The unit would come on for about 5 mins and sound horrible and then it would cut off for bout 10-20 mins.

Very good

Liked: They accommodated us with a first floor room due to disability even though they were very full.
Disliked: Hotel is a little dated. Charging ports in the lighting on the nightstand would be nice.

A warm and inviting place.

Liked: The friendly staff. Convenient to Highway and shopping areas.
Disliked: The parking lot dead ends with no turnaround spots

Liked: Staff was wonderful and accommodating, facility felt safe and room was good
Disliked: Did not like the beer bottles that were stacked by the laundry upon arrival, the location was initially hard to find when we first got there
