Liked: Microwave in the lobby was good to see.
Disliked: Directions link via booking.com email took me to the wrong entrance. check in / reception desk did not notify me of the parking registration procedure. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The so called "Family room" was the size of a normal room but they just took out furniture and threw extra mattresses on the floor. Lots of black mold visible. badly patched hole in the bathroom door. The included breakfast was poorly arranged and did not cater for halaal + veg options. staff at the restaurant partner were not the easiest to deal with, but they did in the end try.

Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy and horrible, we didn’t sleep well at all

Never Again!

Disliked: Double bed right up against the wall meaning access is by one side only. As pensioners we both need to get up in the night . Having to climb over each other might have been fun when we were young but at 71 - No thanks!!!

All I needed was some...

Liked: Great location. Clean and functions well great parking and easy access.
Disliked: Noisy. The road noise and the noise from other vehicle stopping and starting in the services were not helpful when sleeping!!
