Disliked: The room that was given to us had been broken into smelled horrible like marijuana and cigarettes. Our room literally had cigarette buds laying around everywhere. the part where you slide in your key was tore out of the door. When I went to go, tell the receptionist about it, he didn’t provide me any help and he said that there were no more rooms available . Me and my family decided to stay in our car because the room was so bad. the next morning we called to try to get a refund because we literally didn’t stay in the room and the hotel manager didn’t provide any type of help whatsoever. I do not recommend this property to anybody absolutely atrocious disgusting by all means from the property to the staff. I am a person who doesn’t complain about things because I understand customer, service and retail and all that but this room this hotel was absolutely horrible.

Disliked: Our room was not cleaned prior. There was dirty towels and used soap on the sink. One bed was not fresh. And was not vacuumed. And it smelled like mold.

Don't stay there, run down

Liked: The beds were in fair shape, that's the only good thing.
Disliked: The shower sprayed up, hitting the ceiling due to leak. The stoll was not balanced and almost fell over when you sat on it. I had to wedge things under it so we could use it. The breakfast was a honey bun and a breakfast bar, I booked it because of free breakfast, not what I was expecting. The place is older and a little run down. For the price it was bad, will never stay there again.
