Liked: the staff were helpful and nice
Disliked: Not much of a breakfast, needs updates, and our non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke

I will not be back...

Liked: That you could back up right to your door.
Disliked: Several things, not getting room service not getting towels upon request. Refrigerator not keeping anything cold and freezer not working at all. Beds was hard and uncomfortable.

Good location but wasn’t clean

Liked: The location was great close to Thompson Boling Arena.
Disliked: Needs updated, needs more attention to cleaner facilities. Bedding was stained towels were stained. The room we had the window was broken/cracked. Wasn’t many options for the breakfast.
