Liked: Knoxville is a beautiful city
Disliked: Pubic hairs all over the shower and pitch black hairs in the towels. I’m blonde and so are the people I was traveling with, so I know it wasn’t any of ours. The cleaning staff barged in at about 9:15. Did a short knock and just came right in. Front desk called about thirty minutes later to ask when we were going to leave. Wasn’t used to being in Eastern time zone, so this felt like they were trying to rush us out much earlier. Check out was at 11, so it’s not like I was there too late or anything. The breakfast was only a couple options for cereal and a bowl of fruit and packaged crackers. Not balanced or healthy unless you just ate the fruit. The milk was out when I got to breakfast so I couldn’t even eat the cereal. When they say they close breakfast at nine, they mean they have a lady looking at her watch waiting for nine and closes it immediately

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: The comforter was dirty and so were the floors.They refused to let me pay for my room with cash, even though the deposit was on my card. Which still hasn't been refunded yet.

Unimpressed

Liked: I enjoyed the location and how close it was to downtown and the event that I was attending. I also appreciated the price for the one night.
Disliked: The door to the room did not have a weather strip so we could hear everything going on outside overnight. The provided shampoo in the bathroom had been used previously. The bed was very uncomfortable.
