Would have been better if...

Liked: No one retire my call, I made this reservation based off photos of indoor pool and hot tub. Neither were working, when I asked about canceling because that was the reason we booked the hotel, he said I would have to reach out via email. I did that and no one has responded.
Disliked: I didn’t like the lack of communication.

Not the deal you want

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The tv did not work. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was also not working and cold. The pool had too much chemicals you could not breathe in the pool room. Kids complaining the pool was burning their eyes. The ice maker was broken. The phone to ring front desk did not work. When I went to the front desk and let them know about the tv was before we left for the day. He assured me this would be fixed by the time we got back. It was not. So I went to the front desk he says he will be there in a few minutes. We waited over an hour. Went back 2 more times. Explaining each time we had 3 small children that would need the tv. Finally he came in and looked at it and said he would have to tell manager the next day. I thought I was getting a good price but I will never stay here again. Lesson learned.

Pros: Comfortable, inexpensive and excellent...

Liked: My air wasn’t working and the front desk came immediately to remedy the situation. It was just a light was out on the unit that said air and we kept passing it when we attempted to turn it on.
Disliked: The pool was freezing. The hot tub did not work. Wires were dangling from the wall. The railing to enter the hot tub is so wobbly I thought it was going to come completely out. Very disappointed because the main reason I booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool option.
