Liked: Bed was comfy and staff was friendly

Liked: It was clean, bed was good
Disliked: The room was not reserved. I reserved a mobility room. The n regular room up stairs. Which I don't do stairs because of my physical condition. Then put us n a room on lower level but still not a handicap accessible. Then toilet wouldn't flush without taking lid off to make it work

Disliked: No ice machine, no elevator, breakfast location was not explained, and the parking lot never cleared after inclement weather making it dangerous.
