Horrible

Liked: This place was horrible, felt very unsafe, dirty surroundings. There was at least 1” below bottom of the door and door sill. This was WAY BELOW a Wyndham standard hotel and the price was horrible. DO NOT let the picture sway you. There was 2 things good about this place. The clerk at check in was great. The bed itself was comfortable. Another thing that they don’t tell you and neither does Booking.Com their pet fee is way to high and no area to relieve the dogs. WILL NOT recommend or stay here again. Plus no place to eat other than McDonalds. Will be contacting Wyndham about fees we were charge for a sketchy place at best.

Disliked: The shower and sink had no cold water. Showers were unbearable. Tried to contact the office, but the door always said that they would be back. Nobody answered the door.

Disliked: The property was under construction with crap everywhere. The water was scalding hot, no cold water whatsoever. When we said something to the staff they just laughed and said yesterday it was freezing cold

Disappointing

Disliked: Did not do breakfast. Coffee in room was awful. After brewing my cup had coffee grinds floating. When I poured it out the cup had so many grounds you could not see the bottom of the cup. Unbelievably, NO COLD WATER!! Shower consisted of very short moments of putting a body part under shower head then moving away.

Room unavailable, but no refund...

Liked: The resort called me because my room was no longer available, and that there was no cold water in the substitute room. They said I could cancel with refund.
Disliked: No complaints about the property never stayed there. My complaint is with Booking.com because I did not get a refund and my inquiry regarding the matter went unanswered.

Very sweet staff!

Liked: We stay here every time we drive from Ohio to Georgia! The lady at the front desk is super sweet and the rooms are very clean! Great deal for the price.
