Not accommodating at all. We...

Liked: We were booked at this location, while driving our vehicle broke down. I called and explained that we weren’t able to make the trip, and was hoping we could cancel our reservation. We were told that we had missed the cancellation window and they would not cancel our room. We ended up paying 211.00 for a room we weren’t able to use.
Disliked: I didn’t like the way the staff treated us when we were unable to make it to our destination. They didn’t offer any kind of understanding that we could not make our trip.
