Skiers and snowmobilers haven but...

Liked: The location, the rooms, the hot breakfast included, the additional side room with tables for extra breakfast seating, the pool and hot tub, the staff were nice, friendly and helpful, ample parking.
Disliked: I updated to a room with 1 queen and 1 twin that had a table so I thought it was going to be larger and have a sofa. Instead it had a jacuzzi, which we never used because we met friends in the hot tub. No the update was a waste of my money. (Maybe a description of what's in the room would be better because I didn't see a jacuzzi in the room)I didn't like the eggs or biscuits and gravy. No Danishes, just the same donut every morning. I did like the waffles. (I recommend out sourcing with a local bakery. You would partner with a local business and show visitors something else about the town your visiting)

Good spot for outdoor fun.

Liked: Location is very close to cross country ski trails and snowmobile trails.
Disliked: The hot tub was a differentiator for choosing this hotel. But, it was not working during our stay. :(

Disliked: My room card wasn't working so I went to the front desk. She asked what room I was in and she renewed my cards without asking who I was....I could have gotten into any room...this is scary.

Wonderful manager who puts customer's...

Liked: We did a 2 night stay at the Days Inn in Hurley,WI. Due to chronic back issues, my husband had trouble sleeping in the room we were assigned the first night. He needed a mattress with firmer support.The manager (Lauretta) moved us to a room that was perfect for our needs. The bed had a firmer mattress & having a recliner in the room was wonderful! Lauretta went out of her way to insure we were comfortable. Days Inn is fortunate to have her on staff. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub as well. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, meat (sausage) & biscuits/gravy in addition to waffles, toast, etc. The staff was very conscientious about keeping items stocked & foods warm. We enjoyed using the pool & hot tub. The pool area was clean, fresh towels provided.
Disliked: The only disappointment was that the juice machine was out of order. Water in hot tub seemed heavily chlorinated.

Disliked: Pool was under construction and didn’t state this when I booked. It was the reason I chose to stay there.
