Liked: First time stay at Days Inn. Basic but clean. Room had no wardrobe or hangers for clothes. Bed was comfortable but had roll together. Good location for shopping. Great shuttle service. Not sure you can call 2 inedible muffins and an overly sweet protein bar in a bag, breakfast!

Liked: Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately the air con is very noisy, 2 bulbs were blown in my room and someone started playing loud music at 0130. The free airport shuttle is not worth the hassle - my shuttle was cancelled on me and told at midnight.

Disliked: door was not air tight. no one to help carry lugggage up the stairs to room. breakfast included....hardly. The breakfast was absolutely less than the minimum. It consists of a small blueberry muffin and granola bar. No choices. Oh and to drink---apple juice or orange juice. Thats it. Wow, the breakfast was so disappointing.

Basic but relatively economical airport...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. It had a big two person bed, a refrigerator, a jacuzzi (allthough dated and badly maintained) and an okay bathroom.The hotel also had a shuttle bus connection to the airport.
Disliked: According to the hotel description, it offers breakfast options, but this is just a poor lie. What you are offered, is a muffin and a cereal bar in the hotel reception. The coffee was also weak and without taste.The receptionist seemed clueless and wasn’t really helpfull with directions or ordering food. If you want to go out for a nice dinner, you would have to go downtown(which is about 25 minutes with a taxi), or order fastfood from some nearby restaurant.

Disliked: This was the worst experience ever. We were having a late flight to Houston supposedly landing at midnight. I called the hotel from my home airport telling them we would have a late checking and they said no problem. We had two little kids under 5 years old. My flight was delayed an hour and when we landed in Houston at 1am, I had a voice message from this hotel saying my booking was canceled. I freaked out. We came from a 5 hours flight with 2 little kids and we had no place to stay for the night. I called them back and they said they booked my room so they were sold out. They said I didn’t check in on time?? I made that reservation a month prior AND I called them about the late check in. But even if I didn’t call, why would you book my PREPAID ROOM?? We ended up staying at another hotel, unfortunately had to pay a lot more and we didn’t get to bed till 3am. It was a nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs. VERY unprofessional.
