Disliked: The room was like a furnace, heat was all the way off but still radiated heat. I opened the windows 4 inches which is all it would go and turned on air conditioner and tried to sleep with just a sheet. Didn't get much sleep.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Let friendly. Ample parking for our SUV and motorcycle trailer. Room was clean beds comfy. Breakfast was good

Disappointed hot tub out of...

Liked: Very clean room. Facility clean.
Disliked: I specifically planned trip around hot tub or pool. It was out of order. That should be indicated on website. There was other nearby options i could have booked. I really didn't want to stay. I checked in at 5pm and at 530 when I found out no hot tub I wanted to leave. The desk clerk just looked at me and when I asked if I was stuck with staying there he said bluntly yes. I thought I could cancel before 6 but he wasn't interested in addressing my frustration nor offering a discount. With a two day stay I needed the hot tub due to a shoulder injury. Adding a positive recognition to housekeeping for a very clean place and room.My king size room had no sitting place except bed. That was odd. There was a very small desk against wall with a desk chair.There is plenty of space for a small table and chairs so we could sit and eat or play cards. Again I went to front desk to ask if there was a table and chair and of coarse was told no. Vending machines also out of order during my 2 night stay.
