Liked: the gentleman in reception was rude scowled and extremely off putting. I tried to ring from my room to say plug in bath wasn't working.phone didn't work. then when I went down all he said was handy left for day. prompted him take room number.Next morning we came to breakfast he just scowled so we didn't ask him anything found it our selves. but he made me and my husband so uncomfortable and unwelcome. we decided to leave straight after breakfast which wasn't much. when we said we were leave his first reaction was to inform us we won't get refund. He didn't asked why we were leaving or if there was anything he could do. I must make it clear the young lady on desk when we arrived Saturday was lovely and helpful. I will never set foot in this hotel again. I know other patrons felt same. I am so sorry not usually rude. but I wanted lot of money and didn't get break I was looking for.
