It was from hell.

Liked: I paid for a handicap room as i needed a chair to sit down to take a shower. The beds were so high up it hurt my back climbing in bed. I was given a room but no chair to take shower and it was not for handicap person. We had no heat so we froze all night. The fan came on but not the heat. I couldnt sleep well that night. Never again will I use your service or that hotel.

Disliked: Very dirty, stained furniture. The furniture was outdated and poorly maintained, the cover for the air conditioner was broken. The bed spread was worn. There was an order in the room.
